im getting a BIT more attached to tumblr but ill always admire blogger more.
i post things on blogger that ill NEVER even think about publishing on tumblr.
on that note, here it goes:
i was rushed to the hospital this monday.
Acid Reflux.

Acid Reflux occurs when the tube that you uses to intake the food from the throat to stomach is not strong enough to handle the acid.
The main cause of acid reflux attack is when the lower oeasophageal sphinter which is a divider between stomach and oeasophagus giving up at inappropriate times, thereby not blocking the entry of acid into easophagus. This stomach acid when flows back into the easophagus, it causs severe heartburn right in between the chest.

if you're too lazy to read, it's a condition that causes my acid to leak elsewhere and burn tissues in my body. long story short, when i felt the pain, i tried avoiding contact with my parents because i didnt want them to know that i was in pain. i didnt think it was a big deal. i left it burning for half an hour because my stubborn ass didnt want help. i killed a shit load of tissues.
since then, ive been gagging up after every meal, threw up in my car after having lunch with drea, get occasional headaches and sharp pains. wanna know what caused my pain? a. chocolate. donut. no effin lie. there are many ways to trigger my stomach tube, relaxing it and causing acid to leak. spicy food, alcohol, chocolate, "all that good stuff" - words from the cute doctor lol JUST TO MAKE IT CLEAR, it was def not alcohol. the last time i had alcohol was to celebrate andy's 21'st bday lol and i had a glass or two. in my case, it was that cream filled chocolate donut my half sister brought home. since the incident, ive only told a handful of people about it. i dont really want ppl all up in my business. this is why i love blogger. this feels like the only place i can vent PEACEFULLY. i love it lol ive talked to one of my bRhos about this because he has the same condition, but MUCH WORSE. he went through pills, diet spplements and even surgery. he's still uncured. its scary dude. im freaked out. i really need to watch what i eat. no, its not caused by a lack of exercising; i exercised 3 times a week. no, its not because of the many times i go out to eat and take deliciously good looking pictures; i limit my intake of greasy, oily food (andy usually eats most of it HAHHA). it's my weak stomach. ive had frequent heartburn for about 3 years? it eventually led up to this stupid reflux shit. im taking pills to ease my pain but the gagging wont stop. i also have to eat SLOWLY and chew everything thoroughly or ill end up seeing my food again. im easily exhausted and need to "calm down" with my socializing. im gonna stop describing cause im causing my own depression lol but yknow what? it feels great to let this out in the open.
i have a pussy ass tummy that cant handle food anymore and THATS OKAY. as long as i take care of myself, i wont end up like my bRho and his surgery story. i wanna give a big special thanks to andy lam though. he rushed to my house and was there for every moment. asking if he should come by because im habing chest pains. asking if i need ANYTHING when he knows im feeling weak. checking if i went to the doctors and got my prescritions. most of all, he's sacrificing greasy, delicious, fattening and satisfying food for me (: okay well, cutting back. whenever he's with me, he tries his VERY best to avoid eating unhealthy food (: and trust, he LIVES for those oily stuff. thanks for being there every step of the way baby. id be burning a crap load of tissues right now if you didnt yell at my sister to call the ambulance LOOL
